As part of the TITIRIJAI Festival of Topic Tolosa, a wonderful Festival, on November 21 we show "Kalek, historia de un caballo" by the company El Retablo directed by Pablo Vergne. How nice it is always to be in TOPIC.

 

Kalek is a wild foal that grows and gallops freely with his mother. One day he is caught and tamed by men and will begin to serve various owners until he ends up in a circus doing capers and other circus tests. Every night, locked in his stable, Kalek dreams of once again being free as the wind.

 

The show combines the poetic and the comic, with puppets, theater of objects and music taking center stage. The original drama by Pablo Vergne overflows with tenderness and depth in this beautiful story about freedom.
