In July we began to represent our shows again, with the joy that the recently released “Today can be my big night” by Teatro en Vilo won the Audience Award at the Mostra Internacional de Teatro (MIT) in Rivadavia, and from September will be able to see the performances that we had to cancel due to covid-19 and other new touring performances by our companies. We cross our fingers so that unpleasant situations do not happen again.
Culture should be considered essential, as is already the case in neighboring countries, because it is necessary to fuel the development of a society, more so in these troubled times than ever. We scrupulously comply with the health protocols and the result is "zero infections", culture has proven to be a safe place, let's not allow our performances to be canceled again as an excuse to derive our budget items to other concepts. Art is necessary for our individual and social progress, and there are many of us who support this essential business fabric for a healthy society.
