AFRICA IN TALE

Musá is a solitary hunter who every night counts the stars until he falls asleep. One day he sets out on a long journey to the country where the sun rises. There he finds a beautiful statue with which he falls in love. It is Princess Makura who, under a spell, cannot move, dance, feel, love... To break the spell, Musá must perform various tasks that will test her love.
Show for all ages with masks, puppets, songs and music from the African continent.
The work was premiered at the Integrarte Festival, a festival that "was born from the need to promote tolerance of cultures from other latitudes, as well as their approach to the Spanish artistic and cultural reality."
A multicultural show where artists from different countries participate: Guinea Conakry, Brazil, Argentina and Spain. Feten Special Mention Award.

About 'Pablo Vergne'

Pablo Vergne Pablo Vergne creates shows that stand out for the simplicity and clarity with which they manage to approach child psychology, capturing with humor and delicacy the way in which children see and feel the world around them. Another of the particularities of his productions is the use of recycled objects and materials that are transformed into unforgettable characters. For this creator, an object can contain a hidden story, you have to know how to listen and feel so that this story emerges with all its poetry. In all of his works the imprint of his personal stamp remains, where what matters is not what is spectacular but to move children and adults with simple and artisan means where a studied and careful dramaturgy is highlighted. In short, both in his creation and in his staging, each Pablo Vergne show is a journey, a journey that speaks to us of learning, dreams, memories, life and hope. A magical journey where the public is moved, laughs, enjoys, learns and is moved by dreaming with their eyes open.
