CONTROL FREAK

A funny and moving character tries to interact with the audience, while struggling with his social ineptitude and complex systems on stage. He finally manages to play music live while demonstrating circus skills, controlling lighting, and editing live video. He takes volunteers from the public to put them into an orchestral maelstrom, and in the end, the entire public ends up being part of the musical creative process.
The show combines clever humor and cutting-edge technology: the performer controls virtually everything on and off stage, via digital props and computers in the actor's costume. The instruments used in the show are unique and have been developed over the last 17 years.
The heart of CONTROL FREAK is a series of elaborate musical arrangements of timeless compositions: from Bach, Beethoven and Pachelbel to Nina Simone, the Beatles and many more. All music is played and mixed live, using foot-controlled "Loops Stations".
Fun, captivating and innovative, CONTROL FREAK is totally unique.
