SYNOPSIS: "In Kansas, you have to wear lead shoes because a tornado can come at any moment. And if your feet aren't heavy, the wind can carry you away like a dry leaf. It's very important to have weight on your feet to stay grounded. But sometimes you have to take off your lead shoes and let yourself be carried by the wings of the wind. This is the story of Dorothy and how a tornado carried her far away from Kansas, beyond the rainbow, to where imagination takes its magical flight."
