A THREAD LINKS ME TO YOU

A puppet theater play with live music about Greek myths based on the book of poems by Beatriz Giménez de Ory, winner of the 2021 National Award for Children's and Youth Literature, created by the emblematic company La Tartana, National Theater Award for Assitej childhood.

SYNOPSIS: From Olympus, Zeus observes in amazement that no one remembers him or the Greek myths. This unleashes his fury and he asks the Fates to cut the thread of life of every human being. The Fates ignore Zeus's orders and decide to tell us three mythological stories in the hope that the discovery of the myths will arouse in us the curiosity that appeases Zeus's wrath. Live music merges with poetry and the visual language of the puppet theater to tell us about Theseus's fight with the minotaur inside the labyrinth, Daedalus's plan to escape with his son Icarus or the fate of Arachne after his challenge to Athena. Will the Fates be able to conquer us?
